 Soaps require 4 weeks to cure. Allow 6-8 weeks for all soap orders. Wholesale orders may vary.

Keep in mind that wholesale orders are branded and packaged by Jubilant Soapsétions LLC. Personalized soap loaves, including breastmilk soap do not come with packaging. 

Breastmilk Soap Info:

The Price: We charge $3 per ounce of finished breastmilk soap plus taxes. For example, if Mom only wants a pound (16oz), it would be $48 plus taxes.

The Process (7-9 weeks): First, Mom would fill out a Breastmilk soap form to tell us how many pounds of soap she would like and all other necessary details. We will then invoice Mom for the total plus shipping which varies depending on how many pounds of soap is needed. When Mom orders 3 or more pounds, she receives free shipping and delivery!

After Mom pays her invoice, she would then ship her milk. We recommend going to a shipping facility. They should provide Mom with what she needs. If Mom is local, she can request for her milk to be picked up and delivered for a fee of $20 (two separate trips at $10 each). This is very convenient as it expedites the process!

Twelve (12) fluid oz per pound of soap is needed. This covers accidental spills and leakage. Once we receive the milk, it’s time to make soap!

It takes 4 weeks for the soap to cure. We will stay in contact with Mom during the process with updates. Once the soap is ready, we will reach out to Mom to inform her that her soap has been shipped or delivered. Mom will receive a tracking number as well via email or text (whichever form of communication is preferred).

Be sure to add any additional information such as allergies on your form.

Invoice Policy:

Thank you for choosing our services! We kindly request that invoices be settled upon receipt to ensure smooth processing. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore, we provide a grace period. In the event of delayed payment, you will receive two gentle reminders, the first within a day of the due date, and the second two days thereafter.

Should the invoice remain unpaid by 5pm after the second reminder, it will be canceled. However, we're here to assist you in restarting the process when you're prepared to proceed with payment. This system is designed to maintain efficiency and convenience for all parties involved. We genuinely appreciate your business and eagerly anticipate fulfilling your customized orders! 

Refund Policy:

Our commitment to quality extends to custom orders as well. We'll meticulously review every aspect with you prior to production, ensuring alignment with your specifications. It's important to note that, given the tailored nature of these orders, we are unable to offer refunds. Your satisfaction remains our utmost priority, and we're dedicated to crafting precisely what you envision!
